CHALLENGE:
Create a new format for an incentive trip for a FORTUNE 500 IT-company with the goal of creating more ROI for the company, the participants and the sponsors of the trip.
OUR EVENT-SOLUTION:
A shift of perspective - from a purely result driven focus to a focus on the qualification process that leads to the incentive trip. Leveraging the entire time span of the incentive contest offered the sponsors, the organizers and the participants a major boost in ROI.
New platforms of communication were created that got people involved in the preparation of the event and created opportunities to make it their personal trip. At the same time these platforms offered multiple chances for sponsors to engage with their potential clients and enhance the qualification process for participants.
