Walter Stugger
As co-founder of inspiria event service and President/Creative Director of inspiria global events I work in one of the most exciting professions in the world, creating EVENT SOLUTIONS for our clients. My career is helping people convene internationally for meetings, conferences, educational travel, fundraising events, incentive programs, exhibitions, and other gatherings.
I specialize in creating once-in-a-lifetime experiences that have an impact and leave a legacy. My focus is on providing value and a true ROI for any event we create. Having worked in more than 50 countries all over the globe I have an understanding of what multiculturalism really means and how challenges need to be addressed differently in various cultures. My passion is to connect people, to create an environment where magic can happen – on an event level, a cultural level and especially on a personal level. My work is my passion – my passion is my mission!

Keith Williams
Based in DC and North Carolina I have been working in senior leadership positions for more than 20 years for several international organizations and associations. During that time I have had the opportunity to gather unique knowledge and know-how on what it takes to become a successful and globally acting organization. Having operated in more than 30 countries on all continents, I have learned what it takes to overcome cultural differences when working around the world.
At IGE I am focusing on working together with organizations and corporations that need customized event-solutions addressing the topics that really matter to them.

Maximilian Weisl
With over 10 years of experience in the hospitality and events industry, I am currently based in Salzburg at inspiria global events, where I lead and manage a team dedicated to delivering exceptional, once-in-a-lifetime experiences.
Throughout my career, I have been responsible for the conception and production of complex event solutions, including international congresses and high-end incentive programs. Having successfully delivered projects in more than 30 countries, I bring a strong global perspective and a deep understanding of diverse cultural environments.
My academic background in Tourism and Event Management, combined with extensive hands-on experience in hospitality, allows me to bridge strategic thinking with operational excellence.
I am passionate about approaching every event with a fresh perspective, creating innovative & tailor-made solutions while embracing cultural diversity, inclusion, and the unique expectations of each audience.
EVENT DIRECTOR
Aaron Hafner
Born in Germany and based in Salzburg, Austria, I have developed an international profile through academic and professional experience across Europe and the United States.
Having spent more than a quarter of my life in the U.S. for my education, I gained exposure to American collegiate environments and multicultural settings. I hold an academic background in marketing and a master’s degree in sport and event management, earned in an international educational environment in the United States.
My experience includes supporting event management, event promotion, and operational tasks in corporate contexts. I am motivated by the opportunity to help create once-in-a-lifetime event experiences that bring people together across cultures.
EVENT DIRECTOR
Florian Köppl
Currently based in in the area of Salzburg and working as an Event Director at inspiria global events, I am responsible for the conception, planning and execution of exclusive international high-profile and incentive events.
My professional path combines more than a decade of experience as a professional basketball player with a strong background in social and sports education. Through my roles as sports- and social pedagogue as well as in project leadership positions, I developed a deep understanding of team dynamics, communication, and the creation of meaningful experiences.
Building on my academic foundation in social work and my Master’s degree in international Sports, Culture & Event Management, I approach every project with a holistic perspective, combining strategic planning, cultural awareness and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional, emotion-driven event formats.
These combined experiences allow me to tackle every event with a focus on precision, creativity and the ambition to create memorable, impactful moments for diverse audiences.
