CHALLENGE:

A major Insurance Company needed a new approach for their annual Incentive competition. This client emphasized the fact that they had experienced everything and could not think of anything new or anything different to motivate their best dealers.

OUR EVENT-SOLUTION:

Our Event Solution focused on taking people back to their basic and most genuine needs:  EMOTIONALITY AND INDIVIDUALITY!

The choice of the destination was key for the creation of this vibe. THE HEART AND SOUL OF SCOTLAND - A destination that portrays - with its highlands, its castles, its music and arts but above all with its unique people - pure emotions and individuality! Participants were encouraged to choose their individual programs from a set of unique off- sites including:

• Tea Time with Lady Edmonstone in her private home (a castle)

• Creating your own Whiskey with the Master of Malt at Glengoyne Distillery

• A private tour with the a Mountain-biking Champion through his local Scottish highlands

All of that was topped by the big exclusive Award Ceremony at the place where the Heart and Soul of Scotland has its home – at Stirling Castle – where the secret National Anthems of Scotland were intoned again – AMAZING GRACE!
