CHALLENGE:

A leading IT-company was looking to create an innovative meeting concept for their top distributors, showcasing the company’s strategy of focusing on sustainability, combined with the strong global commitment of cultural awareness.

OUR EVENT-SOLUTION:

Hosting more than 60 executives from 15 countries, inspiria focused on Rome, as the true cradle of western civilization and created a once-in-a-lifetime program that focused on an event that you simply cannot buy. With special permission from the Ministry of Culture in Italy, inspiria managed to open a 2,000 year old Roman Bath where the meetings and a dinner event took place.

Instead of paying a fee for the rental, money was raised to pay for the restoration of an ancient statue. Between the restoration theme and powerful performances by the evening’s entertainment, the event truly brought these ancient statues to life. The mission of combining the elements of sustainability with cultural awareness included the utilization of E-Bikes, E-cars, E-scooters for transportation - reducing the event’s carbon footprint.
