Why do we need a “Virtual Engagement Program”?

PETER BARSCH - My Story: “The Berlin Wall” - Escape to Freedom

At the moment, when there is still great uncertainty and no vaccine available, it is hard to imagine executing larger events safely and successfully. Nevertheless, human needs for social contact, freedom, community and coexistence are more important than ever before.

Even if we may not always be aware of it, many people have gone through existential crises in recent months - personally, professionally, financially, emotionally.

What we need now is hope - a positive outlook into the future and the knowledge that we do not have to master this alone and that there are people who have successfully overcome similar or perhaps even more difficult times. Hearing from them and learning from them is the focus of this virtual platform of the Virtual Engagement Program.

The stories come from people who can come from both internal and external environments. (Examples are given below.) The central element is to deal with the challenges that arise in every company together.

Which values do we communicate?

Engagement Community Optimism

Together we define the changes! We help each other! We can do it!

Innovation Motivation

We create new ways! Together we overcome our challenges!
