Terms & Conditions


 

REGISTRATION

Acceptance: By submitting a booking form and paying a deposit, and “checking off” the agreement option on our terms and conditions, for yourself and travel partner you are booking for, you accept all of the terms in this agreement and direct us to perform services on your and any Travel Partner’s behalf.

Deposit: A deposit is required at the time of reservation. The initial deposit represents in part or in whole an administrative registration fee for work that is performed. The deposit is nonrefundable. Upon receipt of your deposit, a confirmation email will be sent.

 

 

TRIP DETAILS

Itinerary & Availability: All packages and tours are subject to availability of venues, celebrity escorts, tours, accommodations, tour leads, roads, and weather conditions at the time of travel. We cannot be held responsible for changes beyond our control. Extreme conditions & unscheduled situations may warrant changes in itineraries or dates. With these conditions, we will not be able to refund any deposits or payments applied towards the tour. For this reason, we highly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation and interruption insurance.

The tour operator may at anytime, without notice, cancel or change the approved and accepted itinerary or substitute published tours. The traveler shall have no claim against the tour operator by reason of any cancellation, change or delay of the published tour, accommodations and meal options, traveling expenses or other loss, and inconveniences from delays.

Health & Medical: Our events have varying levels of demands and fitness requirements depending on the specific itinerary. You represent that neither you or your traveling partner do not have any condition, physical or mental, that would create a hazard for you or other travelers or affect other people’s enjoyment of the tour. You understand that you are solely responsible for determining your emotional and medical suitability for the tour and will consult with your, or your traveling partner, physician and/or a travel medicine expert, regarding medical and health safety precautions appropriate for the Tour. Note that we are not a medical authority. If you have a physical condition, dietary restrictions, or other conditions (pre-existing medical) that will require special attention during the tour, you must inform us in writing when the booking is made. We may require a medical certificate if you have a special condition. We assume no responsibility for any medical care provided to you. You agree to assume all costs of medical care and related transportation that are provided to you during the tour.

Government Requirements: Inspiria Global Events will provide information related to COVID-19 and other government travel requirements but it is not guaranteed to be complete or conclusive. Government regulations are subject to change up to and during time of travel. It is the responsibility of the trip participants to inform themselves of and comply with the travel requirements related to their destinations. Failing to comply with travel requirements, including and not limited to passport, visas government entry forms, covid tests, and or vaccination requirements is not grounds to receive a refund in the event a participant cancels their trip, is denied boarding, or does not participate in the trip for this or any other reasons. Travel insurance is the only way to recover trip payments and is subject to optional purchase of, and the terms and conditions of those policies.

Force Majeure: In the event that the tour has to be rescheduled due to a Force Majeure occurence such as war or pandemic, the tour will be rescheduled to a later date. If this occurs, all options for travel credit and/or refunds will be presented to all travelers based on the policies in effect at the time.

 

 

PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

Payment Policies: If a reservation is not fully paid by the final payment due date, we reserve the right to treat the reservation as cancelled and subject to the cancellation terms explained below. To secure a tour package, a deposit must be received. Deposits are not refundable and go inline with the cancellation terms. Refunds issued for cancellations are subject to processing fees.

Payment Schedule: Payment for booked services will be collected as follows:
***At time of registration: Non-refundable deposit amount for the Couples Retreat
***June 16: 1st Installment for Couples Retreat
***July 16: Final Installment for Couples Retreat

Cancellation: In the event of participants cancellation, the following cancellation fees apply:
***Couples Retreat Deposit of 4990/per person are not refundable at any time, but do contribute to the following penalties:
***June 16: 1st Installment for Couples Retreat
***July 16: Final Installment for Couples Retreat

Transfers: You may transfer your registration to another eligible couple until 14 days before scheduled event starting date. The travelers are responsible for finding an eligible participant to transfer and not inspiria global events. If traveler is unable to find a suitable transfer, our normal cancellation fees apply.
