CHALLENGE:

Create a once-in-a-lifetime experience for an international delegation of entrepreneurs. Identify the authentic cultural, historical, architectural, culinary and economic aspects of Berlin and Germany and bring them to life as motivational and learning experiences.

OUR EVENT-SOLUTION:

All program elements were especially created for this event to showcase how Germans and especially Berliners have used their creativity, their historical knowledge, their experiences and their visions to combine the TUMULTUOUS PAST and THE VIBRANT FUTURE. A selection of our once-in-a-lifetime programming included:

• Dinner at the Olympic Stadium where the Olympic Flame was relit on the original cauldron from 1936

• Learning experiences led by high profile speakers and resources including: the Director of the Wannsee House Museum, a GDR refugee, a former British MI6 agent, politicians, artists and CEOs of German companies -  presenting their private stories and unique experiences and insights into Berlin.

• Recreation of an authentic Berlin entertainment program from the 1920s in a historic Varietè venue

• The event was scored by participants as a 9.92 out of 10, making it the best rated event that had ever been organized by this group, creating enormous interest and also expectations for the next retreat event.
